Steampunk Monocle Steampunk Top Hat v3

Another little finishing touch on v3 of my Steampunk top hat, I've done a lot of fiddling with the placement and attachment of this little monocle. It works on a drawstring mechanism where it locks in place by friction, but can also be easily adjusted to whatever length, enough to be high and out of the way, or low so you can wear it or hold it up to inspect things. It's got crazy high spf, and I can wear it, yay, practice. didn't make it myself, but it was an awesome purchase. also in this highlight pic there's some green tea shades tucked in there, because it's not redundancy, it's preparedness!
